The Jaguar E-Type is the successor car to the XK 150.
When presented at the Geneva Motor Show on March 16, 1961, the E-Type created one of the most sensational events in post-war automotive history, on a global scale by creating the effect of a bomb.
It was a shock for the public, the journalists but also for the other manufacturers. No praiseworthy qualifier was forgotten praising the beauty, originality, grace and modernism of this car.
The 3.8 liter I series remains for many the best model.
The forms of the Type E are pure and the engine very lively.
